فَكُلِىۡ وَاشۡرَبِىۡ وَقَرِّىۡ عَيۡنًاۚ فَاِمَّا تَرَيِنَّ مِنَ الۡبَشَرِ اَحَدًاۙ فَقُوۡلِىۡۤ اِنِّىۡ نَذَرۡتُ لِلرَّحۡمٰنِ صَوۡمًا فَلَنۡ اُكَلِّمَ الۡيَوۡمَ اِنۡسِيًّاۚ﴿۲۶﴾
تو کھاؤ اور پیو اور آنکھیں ٹھنڈی کرو۔ اگر تم کسی آدمی کو دیکھو تو کہنا کہ میں نے خدا کے لئے روزے کی منت مانی تو آج میں کسی آدمی سے ہرگز کلام نہیں کروں گی﴿۲۶﴾
So eat and drink and be consoled. And if thou meetest any mortal, say: Lo! I have vowed a fast unto the Beneficent, and may not speak this day to any mortal.﴾26﴿
