Surah Al-Hujurat Ayat/verse 17 with Urdu & English Translation - 49:17

يَمُنُّوۡنَ عَلَيۡكَ اَنۡ اَسۡلَمُوۡا‌ؕ قُل لَّا تَمُنُّوۡا عَلَىَّ اِسۡلَامَكُمۡ‌ۚ بَلِ اللّٰهُ يَمُنُّ عَلَيۡكُمۡ اَنۡ هَدٰٮكُمۡ لِلۡاِيۡمَانِ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ صٰدِقِيۡنَ‏﴿۱۷﴾

یہ لوگ تم پر احسان رکھتے ہیں کہ مسلمان ہوگئے ہیں۔ کہہ دو کہ اپنے مسلمان ہونے کا مجھ پر احسان نہ رکھو۔ بلکہ خدا تم پر احسان رکھتا ہے کہ اس Ù†Û’ تمہیں ایمان کا رستہ دکھایا بشرطیکہ تم سچے (مسلمان) ہو﴿۱۷﴾

They make it a favour unto thee (Muhammad) that they have surrendered (unto Him). Say: Deem not your Surrender a favour unto me; but Allah doth confer a favour on you, inasmuch as He hath led you to the Faith, if ye are earnest.﴾17﴿
