يٰۤـاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا قَاتِلُوۡا الَّذِيۡنَ يَلُوۡنَكُمۡ مِّنَ الۡكُفَّارِ وَلۡيَجِدُوۡا فِيۡكُمۡ غِلۡظَةً ؕ وَاعۡلَمُوۡاۤ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ مَعَ الۡمُتَّقِيۡنَ﴿۱۲۳﴾
اے اہلِ ایمان! اپنے نزدیک کے (رہنے والے) کافروں سے جنگ کرو اور چاہیئے کہ وہ تم میں سختی (یعنی محنت وقوت جنگ) معلوم کریں۔ اور جان رکھو کہ خدا پرہیز گاروں کے ساتھ ہے﴿۱۲۳﴾
O ye who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allah is with those who keep their duty (unto Him).﴾123﴿
