Surah Taubah Ayat/verse 5 with Urdu & English Translation - 9:5

فَاِذَا انْسَلَخَ الۡاَشۡهُرُ الۡحُـرُمُ فَاقۡتُلُوا الۡمُشۡرِكِيۡنَ حَيۡثُ وَجَدتُّمُوۡهُمۡ وَخُذُوۡهُمۡ وَاحۡصُرُوۡهُمۡ وَاقۡعُدُوۡا لَهُمۡ كُلَّ مَرۡصَدٍ‌ۚ فَاِنۡ تَابُوۡا وَاَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَ اٰتَوُا الزَّكٰوةَ فَخَلُّوۡا سَبِيۡلَهُمۡ‌ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِيۡمٌ‏﴿۵﴾

جب عزت کے مہینے گزر جائیں تو مشرکوں کو جہاں پاؤ قتل کر دو اور پکڑلو اور گھیرلو اور ہر گھات کی جگہ ان کی تاک میں بیٹھے رہو۔ پھر اگر وہ توبہ کرلیں اور نماز پڑھنے اور زکوٰة دینے لگیں تو ان کی راہ چھوڑ دو۔ بےشک خدا بخشنے والا مہربان ہے﴿۵﴾

Then, when the sacred months have passed, slay the idolaters wherever ye find them, and take them (captive), and besiege them, and prepare for them each ambush. But if they repent and establish worship and pay the poor-due, then leave their way free. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.﴾5﴿
