اَلۡاَعۡرَابُ اَشَدُّ كُفۡرًا وَّ نِفَاقًا وَّاَجۡدَرُ اَلَّا يَعۡلَمُوۡا حُدُوۡدَ مَاۤ اَنۡزَلَ اللّٰهُ عَلٰى رَسُوۡلِهٖؕ وَاللّٰهُ عَلِيۡمٌ حَكِيۡمٌ﴿۹۷﴾
دیہاتی لوگ سخت کافر اور سخت منافق ہیں اور اس قابل ہیں کہ جو احکام (شریعت) خدا نے اپنے رسول پر نازل فرمائے ہیں ان سے واقف (ہی) نہ ہوں۔ اور خدا جاننے والا (اور) حکمت والا ہے﴿۹۷﴾
The wandering Arabs are more hard in disbelief and hypocrisy, and more likely to be ignorant of the limits which Allah hath revealed unto His messenger. And Allah is Knower, Wise.﴾97﴿
