The Sindh Public service commission is a provincial agency of Government of Sindh in Pakistan that is recruiting civil servants bureaucrats in Government of Sindh.

In the parliamentary democracy of Pakistan, the eventual responsibility for managing the administration rests with the elected representatives of the people which are the ministers. But the handful of ministers cannot be expected to deal personally with the multiple problems of modern administration.

So the ministers lay down the policy and it is for the civil servants to carry out this policy. The Sindh province with 45 million populations has over 50,000 public service employees including Government.

The responsibility of the civil service is to manage the administration of Sindh. The province is to manage through a number of provincial Government agencies in accordance with the policy directions given by the ministers.

  • When you click on the option of “Apply Online” you would find the option of “Login” and “Create Account Button”.
  • If you are a new member then click on the “Create Account” option to create your own account with your CNIC, Email ID, and password. After creating the account you can log in to fill your profile.
  • After creating your account you have to fill following three sections

(iii)   Service /Job Information (If any experience mention here)

 

  • After this process, you may easily apply for any post for which you intend.
  • Now click on available jobs option at the top of the screen and click the “apply now” button against the post that you desire to apply then the system will ask you to provide your paid challan information including date, bank name with location, amount challan number and your center for the test.

  • In the alert section, the text will appear “under the initial process” against your applied post.
  • In job history, you can also find the history of your job submissions.

Eligibility of a candidate shall be determined in accordance with the advertisement for the posts, Service Rules governing appointment to the relevant posts and such other ancillary instructions issued by the Government or the Commission if any, from time to time. For this purpose, the age, qualifications, experience and other credentials, etc. of the candidates existing on or up to the Closing Date fixed for such posts as advertised shall be taken into account. No relaxation in this regard shall be allowed. However, the Government may on case to case basis, allow relaxation to the extent considered necessary, as per the rules.
