har dushman-e-wafa mujhe mahbub ho gaya
jo moajaza hua wo bahut KHub ho gaya
ishq ek sidhi-sadi si mantiq ki baat hai
raghbat mujhe hui to wo marghub ho gaya
diwangi baghair hayat itni talKH thi
jo shaKHs bhi zahin tha majzub ho gaya
mujrim tha jo wo apni zehanat se bach gaya
jis se KHata na ki thi wo maslub ho gaya
wo KHat jo us ke hath se purze hua 'adam'
duniya ka sab se qimti maktub ho gaya
