wo nasim-e-gulistan se bahlega kya tere aanchal ki KHushbu jise yaad hai
tishnagi ki wo shiddat ko bhulega kya dhup ki wo tamazat ko bhulega kya
teri be-faiz aankhen jise yaad hain tera be-saya gesu jise yaad hai
koi mumtaz hai aur na shah-e-jahan soz aur saz hai kuchh alag hi yahan

us ko dukh-dard koi chhalega nahin us ki duniya ka suraj Dhalega nahin
tere bachpan ki KHushiyan jise yaad hain tere daman ka jugnu jise yaad hai
ai 'alim' aafaton ke ye lashkar hain kya ek mahshar nahin lakh mahshar hain kya
us ko fitnon ki parwah bilkul nahin tera ek ek ghunghru jise yaad hai
