wo jo teri talab mein iza thi
mere har dard ka mudawa thi
main tamasha tha ek jahan ke liye
us pe bhi hasrat-e-tamasha thi
lakh rahen thin wahshaton ke liye
kis liye band rah-e-sahra thi
meri ruswai thi meri tauqir
meri tanhai thi meri sathi
taj ke duniya ko jab chale 'taib'
sath ek aarzu ki duniya thi
