bahut udas tha us din magar hua kya tha
har ek baat bhali thi to phir bura kya tha
har ek lafz pe lazim nahin ki ghaur karun
zara si baat thi waise bhi sochna kya tha
mujhe to yaad nahin hai wahan ki sab baaten
kisi kisi pe nazar ki thi dekhna kya tha
gali bhi ek thi apne makan bhi the nazdik
isi KHayal se aaya tha puchhna kya tha
main jis ki zad mein raha aaKHiri tasalli tak
KHuda-e-bartar-o-ala wo silsila kya tha
