warna udas raat ka chehra to saf tha

chehre ki silwaTon mein koi inkishaf tha
dozaKH ke gird gunge farishte the mahw-e-raqs
aur pisliyon ki Tis pe maila ghilaf tha
khiDki se jhankta hua wo pur-ghurur sar
taza hawa se us ka koi iKHtilaf tha
raste farar ke sabhi masdud to na the
apni shikast ka mujhe kyun e'tiraf tha
