dard ki ek be-karan rut hai
habs mausam ka raj har jaanib
chand lamhe visal-mausam ke
wo nashili ghazal si aankhen
koi KHushbu siyah zulfon ki
lams phir wo hinai hathon ka
koi surKHi wafa ke paikar ki
phir se shirin-dahan se baaten hon
dil ki duniya udas hai kitni
koi manzar bhi ab nahin bhata
