| Description | Ziauddin Medical University is named for Dr. Lt. Col. Sir Ziauddin Ahmed, a visionary who sought to create a college for the training of physicians and health care professionals. The Graduates of this university are expected to become skilled family physicians with leadership potential. They acquire skills to look at health problems holistically and solve them at individual, family and community levels. The five-year MBBS undergraduate program is community-oriented and addresses priority health care needs of the country.
