kisi ki sans ukhaDti ja rahi thi
mein lachaari se takti ja rahi thi
jo phenki kankari thi qabr par wo
dua-e-KHair karti ja rahi thi
udhar tha husn ka inkar phir bhi
talab musa ki baDhti ja rahi thi
tawaf-e-kaba ki aisi KHushi thi
ki meri sans rukti ja rahi thi
zamane ke sitam sahte hue bhi
'zamani' shauq karti ja rahi thi
