وقت وقت کی بات ہے یا دستور ہے دنیا کا سائیں
سمجھانے والوں نے کتنا ان کو سمجھایا لوگو
پریت نگر کی ریت نہیں ہے ایسا اوچھا پن بابا
عشقیؔ صاحب لکھنا ہے تو کوئی نئی تحریر لکھو
گرچہ قلم سے کچھ نہ لکھیں گے منہ سے کچھ نہیں بولیں گے
