قَالَ اَرَءَيۡتَ اِذۡ اَوَيۡنَاۤ اِلَى الصَّخۡرَةِ فَاِنِّىۡ نَسِيۡتُ الۡحُوۡتَ وَ مَاۤ اَنۡسٰٮنِيۡهُ اِلَّا الشَّيۡطٰنُ اَنۡ اَذۡكُرَهٗۚ وَاتَّخَذَ سَبِيۡلَهٗ فِىۡ الۡبَحۡرِۖعَجَبًا﴿۶۳﴾
(اس نے) کہا کہ بھلا آپ نے دیکھا کہ جب ہم نے پتھر کے ساتھ آرام کیا تھا تو میں مچھلی (وہیں) بھول گیا۔ اور مجھے (آپ سے) اس کا ذکر کرنا شیطان نے بھلا دیا۔ اور اس نے عجب طرح سے دریا میں اپنا رستہ لیا﴿۶۳﴾
He said: Didst thou see, when we took refuge on the rock, and I forgot the fish - and none but Satan caused me to forget to mention it - it took its way into the waters by a marvel.﴾63﴿
