وَهُوَ الَّذِىۡ يُنَزِّلُ الۡغَيۡثَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَا قَنَطُوۡا وَيَنۡشُرُ رَحۡمَتَهٗؕ وَهُوَ الۡوَلِىُّ الۡحَمِيۡدُ﴿۲۸﴾
اور وہی تو ہے جو لوگوں کے ناامید ہوجانے کے بعد مینہ برساتا اور اپنی رحمت (یعنی بارش) کی برکت کو پھیلا دیتا ہے۔ اور وہ کارساز اور سزاوار تعریف ہے﴿۲۸﴾
And He it is Who sendeth down the saving rain after they have despaired, and spreadeth out His mercy. He is the Protecting Friend, the Praiseworthy.﴾28﴿
