وَلَا تُصَعِّرۡ خَدَّكَ لِلنَّاسِ وَلَا تَمۡشِ فِىۡ الۡاَرۡضِ مَرَحًا ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخۡتَالٍ فَخُوۡرٍۚ﴿۱۸﴾
اور (ازراہ غرور) لوگوں سے گال نہ پھلانا اور زمین میں اکڑ کر نہ چلنا۔ کہ خدا کسی اترانے والے خود پسند کو پسند نہیں کرتا﴿۱۸﴾
Turn not thy cheek in scorn toward folk, nor walk with pertness in the land. Lo! Allah loveth not each braggart boaster.﴾18﴿
