Surah Al-Hashr Ayat/verse 2 with Urdu & English Translation - 59:2

هُوَ الَّذِىۡۤ اَخۡرَجَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا مِنۡ اَهۡلِ الۡكِتٰبِ مِنۡ دِيَارِهِمۡ لِاَوَّلِ الۡحَشۡرِ‌ؔؕ مَا ظَنَنۡتُمۡ اَنۡ يَّخۡرُجُوۡا‌ وَظَنُّوۡۤا اَنَّهُمۡ مَّانِعَتُهُمۡ حُصُوۡنُهُمۡ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ فَاَتٰٮهُمُ اللّٰهُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ Ù„ÙŽÙ…Û¡ يَحۡتَسِبُوۡا وَقَذَفَ فِىۡ قُلُوۡبِهِمُ الرُّعۡبَ يُخۡرِبُوۡنَ بُيُوۡتَهُمۡ بِاَيۡدِيۡهِمۡ وَاَيۡدِىۡ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ فَاعۡتَبِرُوۡا يٰۤاُولِىۡ الۡاَبۡصَارِ‌‏﴿۲﴾

وہی تو ہے جس Ù†Û’ کفار اہل کتاب Ú©Ùˆ حشر اول Ú©Û’ وقت ان Ú©Û’ گھروں سے نکال دیا۔ تمہارے خیال میں بھی نہ تھا کہ وہ Ù†Ú©Ù„ جائیں Ú¯Û’ اور وہ لوگ یہ سمجھے ہوئے تھے کہ ان Ú©Û’ قلعے ان Ú©Ùˆ خدا (Ú©Û’ عذاب) سے بچا لیں Ú¯Û’Û” مگر خدا Ù†Û’ ان Ú©Ùˆ وہاں سے Ø¢ لیا جہاں سے ان Ú©Ùˆ گمان بھی نہ تھا۔ اور ان Ú©Û’ دلوں میں دہشت ڈال دی کہ اپنے گھروں Ú©Ùˆ خود اپنے ہاتھوں اور مومنوں Ú©Û’ ہاتھوں سے اُجاڑنے Ù„Ú¯Û’ تو اے (بصیرت Ú©ÛŒ) آنکھیں رکھنے والو عبرت Ù¾Ú©Ú‘Ùˆ﴿۲﴾

He it is Who hath caused those of the People of the Scripture who disbelieved to go forth from their homes unto the first exile. Ye deemed not that they would go forth, while they deemed that their strongholds would protect them from Allah. But Allah reached them from a place whereof they recked not, and cast terror in their hearts so that they ruined their houses with their own hands and the hands of the believers. So learn a lesson, O ye who have eyes!﴾2﴿
