Surah Al-Ahzab Ayat/verse 59 with Urdu & English Translation - 33:59

يٰۤاَيُّهَا النَّبِىُّ قُل لِّاَزۡوَاجِكَ وَبَنٰتِكَ وَنِسَآءِ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ يُدۡنِيۡنَ عَلَيۡهِنَّ مِنۡ جَلَابِيۡبِهِنَّؕ ذٰلِكَ اَدۡنٰٓى اَنۡ يُّعۡرَفۡنَ فَلَا يُؤۡذَيۡنَؕ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ غَفُوۡرًا رَّحِيۡمًا‏﴿۵۹﴾

اے پیغمبر اپنی بیویوں اور بیٹیوں اور مسلمانوں Ú©ÛŒ عورتوں سے کہہ دو کہ (باہر نکلا کریں تو) اپنے (مونہوں) پر چادر لٹکا (کر گھونگھٹ نکال) لیا کریں۔ یہ امر ان Ú©Û’ لئے موجب شناخت (وامتیاز) ہوگا تو کوئی ان Ú©Ùˆ ایذا نہ دے گا۔ اور خدا بخشنے والا مہربان ہے﴿۵۹﴾

O Prophet! Tell thy wives and thy daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks close round them (when they go abroad). That will be better, so that they may be recognised and not annoyed. Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.﴾59﴿
