رَفِيۡعُ الدَّرَجٰتِ ذُوۡ الۡعَرۡشِۚ يُلۡقِىۡ الرُّوۡحَ مِنۡ اَمۡرِهٖ عَلٰى مَنۡ يَّشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهٖ لِيُنۡذِرَ يَوۡمَ التَّلَاقِۙ﴿۱۵﴾
