يَسۡـَٔـلُوۡنَكَ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ اَيَّانَ مُرۡسٰٮهَاؕ قُلۡ اِنَّمَا عِلۡمُهَا عِنۡدَ رَبِّىۡۚ لَا يُجَلِّيۡهَا لِوَقۡتِهَاۤ اِلَّا هُوَۢ ؕؔ ثَقُلَتۡ فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِؕ لَا تَاۡتِيۡكُمۡ اِلَّا بَغۡتَةً ؕ يَسۡــَٔلُوۡنَكَ كَاَنَّكَ حَفِىٌّ عَنۡهَاؕ قُلۡ اِنَّمَا عِلۡمُهَا عِنۡدَ اللّٰهِ وَلٰـكِنَّ اَكۡثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعۡلَمُوۡنَ﴿۱۸۷﴾
Surah Al-A'raf Ayat 187 in Urdu Translation
(یہ لوگ) تم سے قیامت کے بارے میں پوچھتے ہیں کہ اس کے واقع ہونے کا وقت کب ہے۔ کہہ دو کہ اس کا علم تو میرے پروردگار ہی کو ہے۔ وہی اسے اس کے وقت پر ظاہر کردےگا۔ وہ آسمان وزمین میں ایک بھاری بات ہوگی اور ناگہاں تم پر آجائے گی۔ یہ تم سے اس طرح دریافت کرتے ہیں کہ گویا تم اس سے بخوبی واقف ہو۔ کہو کہ اس کا علم تو خدا ہی کو ہے لیکن اکثر لوگ یہ نہیں جانتے﴿۱۸۷﴾
Surah Al-A'raf Ayat 187 in English Translation
They ask thee of the (destined) Hour, when will it come to port. Say: Knowledge thereof is with my Lord only. He alone will manifest it at its proper time. It is heavy in the heavens and the earth. It cometh not to you save unawares. They question thee as if thou couldst be well informed thereof. Say: Knowledge thereof is with Allah only, but most of mankind know not.﴾187﴿
