Surah Maidah Ayat/verse 27 with Urdu & English Translation - 5:27

وَاتۡلُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ نَبَاَ ابۡنَىۡ اٰدَمَ بِالۡحَـقِّ‌ۘ اِذۡ قَرَّبَا قُرۡبَانًا فَتُقُبِّلَ مِنۡ اَحَدِهِمَا ÙˆÙŽÙ„ÙŽÙ…Û¡ يُتَقَبَّلۡ مِنَ الۡاٰخَرِؕ قَالَ لَاَقۡتُلَـنَّكَ‌ؕ قَالَ اِنَّمَا يَتَقَبَّلُ اللّٰهُ مِنَ الۡمُتَّقِيۡنَ‏﴿۲۷﴾

اور (اے محمد) ان Ú©Ùˆ آدم Ú©Û’ دو بیٹوں (ہابیل اور قابیل) Ú©Û’ حالات (جو بالکل) سچے (ہیں) Ù¾Ú‘Ú¾ کر سنا دو کہ جب ان دونوں Ù†Û’ خدا (Ú©ÛŒ جناب میں) Ú©Ú†Ú¾ نیازیں چڑھائیں تو ایک Ú©ÛŒ نیاز تو قبول ہو گئی اور دوسرے Ú©ÛŒ قبول نہ ہوئی (تب قابیل ہابیل سے) کہنے لگا کہ میں تجھے قتل کروں گا اس Ù†Û’ کہا کہ خدا پرہیزگاروں ہی Ú©ÛŒ (نیاز) قبول فرمایا کرتا ہے﴿۲۷﴾

But recite unto them with truth the tale of the two sons of Adam, how they offered each a sacrifice, and it was accepted from the one of them and it was not accepted from the other. (The one) said: I will surely kill thee. (The other) answered: Allah accepteth only from those who ward off (evil).﴾27﴿
